To create a Trade Account, please complete and submit our Trades Form (Google Form link provided on our website). Once submitted, our accounts team will review your details and get in touch to finalise your setup and provide access to exclusive trade benefits.

Yes, we can hold your order at our Melbourne warehouse after payment has been made. Simply let our team know your preferred holding period (4 weeks max.) at the time of purchase, and we’ll safely store your items until you’re ready for delivery or pickup.
Yes, you can place an order for items on backorder. Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide you with an estimated arrival date and keep you updated until your product is ready for dispatch.
At Sienna Bathware, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and passes our quality check. For returns requested between 31–45 days, you may be eligible for a store credit. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
