At Sienna Bathware Pty Ltd (ABN 42 355 631 081) (“Sienna Bathware”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we want you to love your purchase. This Returns Policy explains your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our procedures for returns, refunds, and store credits.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and
  • To have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.
  • These rights apply in addition to, not instead of, our change-of-mind returns policy set out below.

2. Change of mind returns

We understand plans can change. For purchases made directly from Sienna Bathware:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. You may return products within 60 days of delivery for a refund if they are:

    • Unused and not installed

    • In original, undamaged packaging (including accessories and installation parts)

    • In saleable condition (as determined by our inspection team)

  2. Returns requested between 60–90 days from delivery may be eligible for a store credit, at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Products remain at your risk until received by us.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Deductions / Restocking

Deductions may apply if:

  • Packaging is missing

  • Accessories are incomplete

  • Cleaning or restocking is required

3. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns (unless faulty under the ACL):

  • Custom, special-order or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance or “final sale” items.
  • Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
  • Cut-to-size or modified products.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive goods that are:

  • Damaged in transit,
  • Faulty on arrival, or
  • Incorrect to your order,

please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@siennabathware.com.au
with your order number, photographs of the issue, and a description of the fault.

We will assess and, where required under the ACL, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

5. How to return a product

Contact our customer support team at support@siennabathware.com.au
to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).

Package the product securely in its original packaging.

Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Once received, our inspection team will confirm eligibility and process your refund, credit, or replacement.

Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

6. Warranty-related returns

If you wish to return a product under our Warranty & Product Care Policy (24 months residential / 12 months commercial), please refer to that policy for the process and conditions.

7. Trade customer returns

For trade, volume, or project orders, returns are subject to separate terms and are generally not accepted unless required under the ACL.
